As a Finance Manager, Gopal is responsible to provide sound financial direction in each and every way to ensure confidence, growth, savings and profitability. When it comes to keeping us on track financially and making sure our books are all up to date, Gopal is the person we need in charge, as he oversees all financial aspects of the business. He has a vast experience of more than 10 + years in Taxation & Financial Reporting in the various types of industries including BPOs Now he is Semi qualified Chartered accountant (CA-final),Certification in DipIFRS (EY), pursuing in DipIFRS from ACCA (UK- London) and he is also pursuing LLB. He is very passionate about helping Navigant team to grow their organization by helping them choose and implement the right systems.

As a Administrative Manager, Sandeep is responsible for managing the overall administration at Navigant Technologies which includes setting up the policies and procedures to ensure that staff members are well trained and confident in their abilities. He is also responsible for developing strategies in administrative manager functions to effectively run an organization and develop logistics in organizing records, files and statements in an effective manner. He brings over 14 + years of managerial, administrative and service experience to his position.

An IT Manager, Aditya is responsible for the overall management and strategic planning for all IT services at Navigant Technologies including administrative computing, centralized infrastructure, and a variety of technology support services, including enterprise reporting, telecommunication services and information security. He has a 18 + Years of experience and is responsible to guide the technological direction of the organization by constructing business plans, overseeing network security, and directing online operations.

Younger in age, but her experience-grabbing capability is very vast. As an Ecommerce Expert and Team Manager (Operation), Rambha is responsible for overseeing operations at Navigant. More than +5 years of experience, She is a major addition to our leadership team at Navigant Technologies, heading our Ecommerce Projects. She specializes in training employees and managing quality assurance programs. As an Ecommerce Expert, she also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule and meet the expectations are per client requirement.
