Its dedicated team of over 600 professionals cater to a complete range of BPO & KPO services for its clients spread across UK, USA, Canada and India. The BPO currently employees 600 people at a 25,000 sq. ft. facility located in New Delhi.

Since inception, the BPO has serviced upward of 200 international and domestic clients, inclusive of eminent industry leaders viz. Hewlett Packard, Oracle, British Telecom, Autodesk, PTC and Dassault Systems. Presently, it’s client portfolio boasts of 40 companies across sectors such as finance, education, travel, government, real estate, telecom, retail, e-commerce, automotive and others. To ensure delivery of quality services, Navigant hires full time manpower, exclusively dedicated to a client project. The resources come with the right qualifications, are experienced, based on client requirements and trained on industry-best practices. The company’s employee centric ecosystem ensures a low employee attrition rate of less than 1% per month against the industry standard of 4-5%. Navigant is a ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 20001:2011 and ISO 27001:2005 certified company. Over the next three years, the BPO plans to scale its capacity to 1000 seats while further expanding its business in US, UK and newer territories (Australia).

Navigant’s founder and CEO, Ankur Bhatia, started Navigant in 2003 and is responsible for strategic global business planning for the company. With a vision to be the preferred partner for international businesses, he spearheads the mid-size BPO catering to diverse and unique needs of a marquee list of International and domestic clients in the area of business consulting, Information technology and Outsourcing Services. From the start, Ankur always dreamed of being an entrepreneur who would create a big company to provide satisfying job opportunities to the burgeoning pool of india’s young talent.

Aside from work, Ankur is passionate about mentoring startups, helping young talent design their business and financial plans, across many verticals such as e-commerce, insurance, financial services, travel, etc.
