  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive who possesses a strong drive for results. The ideal candidate should showcase the following skills -
  • Candidates with min 1-year experience with pleasing personality, good communication skills and persuasive skills.
  • Should be comfortable in working 24*7 support.
  • Should have an experience into Inbound, Outbound calls, Email and live chat support.
  • Male & Female with age min 21 years old.
  • Language Preference: Arabic + English.
  • Education – The candidate(s) needs to be a min. Diploma/Degree Holder in any particular field of study.
  • Should have worked in a strict SLA environment with a high degree of ownership for business metrics.

Inside Sales Manager/Executive

CTC 3-6 lacs PA + Incentives
  • Responsibilities for IT: Sales for products like MS365, Call Center Dialer, Zoom, Network Security, PRI/SIP/ILL/MPLS.
  • Demand Creation, Opportunity Analysis, Opportunity Validation and Qualification, Solution Design and Proposal Creation Proposing, Contracting and Order Management.
  • Identify and qualify new business prospects by determining if the prospect matches the assigned business segment's services and qualifications, outlining opportunities and benefits of pursuing a relationship.
  • Establish an excellent working relationship with clients, continuously striving to improve the business relationship and level of overall service that the business segment is providing.
  • Ability to do presentations and Demos to the clients.
  • End to End sales process to be managed with a target of 20 lacs/month.

Customer Service

  • Min 6 months to 1 Year of BPO Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English
  • Should be versed in MS Office: Excel, Word Pad etc.
  • Typing Speed: 20-25 WPM
