She has anchored numerous initiatives to support the development of strategic HR and is responsible to take Navigant Technologies to the forefront of the global outsourcing industry.

Based in Singapore since 2003, a local citizen, she has been closely involved with corporates across the ASEAN, besides India

Akhil has more than 6 years of Experience in Sales and Operations. His domain lies in Sales, Lead Generation and process improvement. Analyze sales statistics, project sales and shoulder the responsibility for overseeing the sales operations. He has immense experience of different verticals viz. Utility, Education, NBFC, Talent Acquisition and Real estate. Developing plans to acquire new customers or clients through direct sales techniques, cold calling, etc are his forte.

Pratik has over 5 years of experience in System design & development, Ecommerce, Logistics and Lead management. He has exposure in both online and offline set-ups while working at Navigant. Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. During his career, Pratik has been involved in core operations working directly with CEOs/directors /Founders. He has been involved in launching various successful businesses ground-up by taking control of operations, process control, and field engagement. A technology enthusiast, Pratik has been involved in the launching of multiple startups.
